Emirates on Monday launched its new Jennifer Aniston TV advert which will feature in its $20 million global advertising campaign.
The Dubai airline earlier on Sunday released a few of teaser images of the advert on its Twitter account, followed by the official unveiling of the one minute clip on Youtube.
The advert features the actress onboard an aircraft looking for the shower facilities. Cabin crew, who look suspiciously like staff from a certain British airline, inform the star there are no shower facilities or bar on the aircraft.
The clip then cuts to Aniston waking up from a nightmare while lying in her First Class Emirates cabin. The advert ends with the 46-year-old in the Emirates A380 bar, where she sips on a drink and asks a male cabin crew member if there is any way the plane could circle around for another hour.

We couldn’t think of anyone better suited for the role than Jennifer Aniston and we wrote the script with her in mind. Her professionalism and comedic talent shone on the set and we are very pleased with the outcome,” he added.
The TVC was directed by industry veteran and Oscar-nominee Bryan Buckley, who is acclaimed for his numerous Super Bowl ads. RKCR/Y&R London developed the concept while the script was a collaboration between the agency, Buckley and Emirates’ in-house advertising team.
Reports claim that she was paid $5 million to sign on the dotted line. (Arabian Business)
