LIAT introduces low fares to make travel easier

LIAT on Wednesday announced the introduction of a series of low fares across the network in a bid to make travel easier and more affordable for its customers.
Head of Corporate Communications Desmond Brown said the new low fares will be available up until November 30, noting that LIAT is very conscious of its central role in air transportation in the region and continues to do all it can to provide the public with affordable fares.
“LIAT has always been aware of the needs of the traveling public and has developed these “Great Low Fares‟ where customers may travel at significantly reduced rates,” Brown stated.
Additionally, he said that the airline is currently running promotions on the Guyana-Trinidad route and the Guyana-Barbados route.
While the promotion lasts, passengers can travel from Ogle in Guyana to Port of Spain return from as low as US$199.40. Passengers can also benefit from a 10% discount on the fares ranging from the Basic to the Fully Flexible on these flights. The 10% discount is also available for flights on the Guyana-Barbados route for travel up to November 30.
