Trans Guyana Airways (TGA) on Monday launched a new online booking engine for its customers to make or lookup reservations, purchase airline tickets, and check-in online. The Passenger Service System (PSS) is powered by AeroCRS, a cloud-based system for managing routes for scheduled or charter airlines.
Alexandra Correia, Commercial Manager of Trans Guyana Airways said, “AeroCRS was chosen as an upgrade to our current reservation and commercial software because we found the program user-friendly, fast and dynamic. We anticipate that the introduction of AeroCRS will assist us in upgrading the level of service that we provide to our customers by increasing our efficiency and giving us more information about our customers so that we can better tailor our service to their needs.”
TGA which has been operating since 1956 recently launched five weekly scheduled flights from Ogle and Barbados, its second international route. Apart from its service to Suriname which is temporarily suspended due to the COVID-19 pandemic, TGA provides scheduled and charter services to over 50 destinations in Guyana.

Trans Guyana Airways’ fleet consists of Cessna Caravans, Britten-Norman Islanders, and Beechcraft 1900D aircraft.
