Cheddi Jagan Airport Expansion

Guyana and China signed a cooperation agreement which will see the Chinese government making US$130M available for the remodeling and expansion of the Cheddi Jagan International Airport, Guyana's main airport.

The project was subject to many delays and cost over-runs.
